It is one size but has fully adjustable straps, which makes it ideal for any size.
The straps cross at the back so it prevents it from slipping off the shoulders while you are tattooing and it has adjustable belts on both legs to fix the apron on each leg, better protecting you during the tattoo and avoiding unnecessary stains.
